Lead Mobile Developer

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise mobile applications.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day direction to a team of Mobile Engineers.
• Drive architecture and design decisions while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Security, and QA teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.
• Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and development.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges.
• Ensure applications meet standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Champion automation, process improvements, and engineering excellence across the team.
• Support application releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Evaluate and responsibly leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted engineering solutions, to improve team productivity and software quality.

• Strong proficiency in:

• Experience integrating with enterprise APIs, including:
• REST APIs
• SOAP services

DevOps

& Delivery

• Experience with source control and change management best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, build automation, and deployment tools such as:
• GitHub Actions
• Jenkins
• Similar enterprise automation platforms

Testing

& Quality

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern testing practices.
• Knowledge of mobile application testing, debugging, monitoring, and release management.

AI-Enabled

Development

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as:
• Cursor
• Claude
• Similar AI engineering platforms
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and productivity while maintaining strong engineering judgment and independent technical problem-solving skills., * Minimum 2+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
