Senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant to join our Application Managed Services team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing our client’s core SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll and Time Management systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical ABAP teams, and project managers to deliver mission-critical configurations and high-priority incident resolutions., * Lead functional configuration for SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll (US & Canada) and Positive/Negative Time Management systems.

• Write, modify, and optimize complex Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas to align with business requirements.
• Drive requirement gathering, write detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and create execution plans for system testing and UAT.
• Manage the high-priority incident queue, troubleshooting functional defects and supporting enhancement requests.
• Partner with ABAP HR technical developers and integration specialists to design and deliver custom software solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

15+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada.

15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative time tracking).

Demonstrated expert mastery of PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.

Ability to work effectively aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Practical experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP On-Premise systems (including replication processes).

Knowledge or hands-on experience with Mexico Payroll configuration.

Proximity to Hershey, PA for periodic release support.
