Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and system integration.
• Experience leading data migration and integration activities for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECC HCM/FI, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and Integration Center.
• Hands-on experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems, including data mapping and interface design.
• Experience preparing technical design and specification documents; public sector experience and ABAP programming are preferred.
