Job description
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support the production environment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations.
- Experience leading data migration and integration activities for recent SuccessFactors implementations.
- Participation in at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support.
- Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
- Expertise in preparing design documents, data mappings, and technical specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Public sector experience.
- ABAP programming knowledge.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and mentoring skills.
