Intune & MDM Specialist

We are hiring an Advanced Technical Implementation Specialist to modernize, configure, and manage enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security.

< data-path-to-node=”9”>Required Core Skills (Must-Have):

• Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management: 5+ years of experience configuring MDM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Identity & Access: Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
• Device Integration: Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (DEP/ADE) and Android Enterprise integration.
• Deployment & Security: Application deployment, security baselines, and M365 administration best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Communication: Strong ability to resolve synchronization/compliance issues, document processes, and lead knowledge transfers.

< data-path-to-node=”11”>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience migrating from platforms like Meraki to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, PowerShell scripting, and automation.
• Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or government security compliance standards.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management).
• Public sector / government agency experience.
