Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience managing device enrollment, application deployment, policy configuration, and device lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, policy deployment, and device compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer to IT teams.
