System Administrator | Manufacturing Sector M/V/X

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and on-premises IT infrastructure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network devices (firewalls, switches, routers) and VPN connections.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, business applications, and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity policies are up to date.
• Document IT procedures, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain SLA compliance.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Familiarity with backup solutions, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cybersecurity best practices.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
