Medior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a Medior ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic enterprise IT environment and help shape the next generation of digital employee experiences. In this role, you will combine hands-on ServiceNow platform development with innovative conversational AI capabilities. You will play a key role in transforming the ServiceNow Employee Portal / Employee Center into an AI-first conversational channel, making employee services more accessible, intuitive, and efficient. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions while maintaining a strong focus on engineering quality, responsible AI, and measurable business value., * Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow Employee Portal / Employee Center functionalities.
• Contribute to the evolution of the employee portal into an AI-first conversational experience.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain functionality using JavaScript.
• Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Model (LLM) implementations.
• Support the integration of conversational AI capabilities into employee-facing services.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with employee-facing portals, preferably ServiceNow Employee Portal / Employee Center.
• Experience with or knowledge of conversational AI solutions.
• Ability to develop and optimize effective prompts for Large Language Model (LLM) implementations.
• Understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable software development.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps ways of working.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
