Graduate Design Engineer

Engage talent Partners are working with our Aberdeen based client to recruit a Graduate Design Engineer to join their Engineering Team.

Our client is an established and growing business with a global presence across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, renewables and defence. With exciting developments across these markets and a strong pipeline of work ahead, it’s a great time to be joining the team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be part of the design team, working on both standard and bespoke products from initial concept through to production. You’ll help develop practical, cost-effective solutions to meet client requirements, working closely with the wider engineering and production teams. The role will give you exposure to product design, testing and validation, design improvements and engineering tools, with plenty of opportunity to develop your technical skills and take on more responsibility as you progress.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate holding a degree in either mechanical or structural engineering, have a working knowledge of 3D CAD software and must be ambitious and driven to succeed.
