Salesforce DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced professional to own the end-to-end release process while staying hands-on with development. • 5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development
• Deep experience on the platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning
• Proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes - sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures
• Working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies
• Experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar)
• Ability to establish and enforce development and release best practices (code review, static code analysis, automated testing as release gates)
• Strong understanding of the features and constraints of the Salesforce platform
• Experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g. Salesforce DevOps Centre, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins or similar)
• English skills sufficient for leading conversations on the technical and process aspects of projects, * Experience coordinating multiple parallel development streams and managing merge conflicts
• Experience creating technical and release documentation
• Relevant Salesforce certifications
