SAP FICO RTR

o Lead design and implementation of SAP FI/CO and RTR solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Product Costing, PCA, and COPA. o Drive blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end solution mapping o Create detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and process flow diagrams o Ensure alignment with global financial processes, statutory requirements, and compliance standards o Take ownership of delivery across all phases: design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare o Manage and guide cross-functional teams including FI, CO, Integration, ABAP, and Data teams o Lead RTR process standardization across global entities and business units o Drive governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and progress reporting to leadership o Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes aligned with project scope, timeline, and budget o Design and optimize closing cycles, reconciliations, reporting frameworks, and financial controls. o Define KPIs and ensure process adherence through automation and SAP best practices. o Perform hands-on SAP configuration o Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management. o Design and execute cutover strategies, data migration validation, and readiness plans. o Lead go-live activities and provide stabilization support. o Serve as a trusted advisor to CFO organization, Finance Controllers, and Business Process Owners. o Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, business, and global delivery teams.

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FI/CO - RTR Lead with 10+ years of deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and end-to-end Record-to-Report processes.

The ideal candidate will lead solution design, delivery execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional integration for global SAP programs.

This role requires strong functional mastery, hands-on configuration capabilities, and a proven track record of leading large delivery teams across multi-region implementations, migrations, and S/4HANA transformations., o 15+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO and RTR. o Minimum 3-4 full-cycle SAP implementations as FI/CO Lead. o Strong knowledge of global finance processes, IFRS/GAAP, tax, compliance, and statutory reporting. o Expertise with S/4HANA Finance. o Proven experience leading large delivery teams in onsite/offshore model. o Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
