The five hospitals and several clinics must be reopened and adjusted to reflect the joint venture’s revenue structure with Intermountain Health in Colorado. A separate portion of the broader initiative involves transitioning three Intermountain hospitals, while Christian’s team is responsible for the additional facility rebuild work.

Requirements

  • Epic Cupid certification.
  • Minimum 5 years Epic Cupid build experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Epic implementation, acquisition, conversion, or large-scale rebuild projects.
  • Experience rebuilding departments, facilities, provider records, and workflow components rather than maintenance-only support.

  • Experience working directly with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

  • QSight
  • AGFA EI

  • Cardiology interfaces and integrated testing workflows, * Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
  • Strong Epic build capabilities versus purely advisory or informatics-focused experience.
  • Ability to manage aggressive timelines and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven success supporting complex rebuilds and acquisitions.
  • Ability to quickly understand existing workflows and execute rebuild activities with limited rework., * Senior Epic Cupid Consultant
  • 7+ years Cupid build experience
  • Multiple acquisitions or Epic rebuild projects completed
  • Deep ambulatory and procedural cardiology expertise
  • Third-party cardiology integration experience
  • Go-live and stabilization experience
  • Comfortable in fast-paced implementation environments with compressed timelines, * Staffing Requirement: Christian Hernandez confirmed that there are two consultant positions to fill. The consultants will work remotely, must be able to operate independently, and will receive limited guidance from one member of Christian’s team for Advent-related questions.
  • Required Experience: Candidates must be Cupid certified. Ambulatory certification is preferred but not required if the candidate has meaningful ambulatory exposure, particularly experience with procedural builds and office-visit-type builds. Third-party experience is a bonus. Christian Hernandez specifically wants consultants rather than candidates coming directly from FDE work, because consultants are expected to assess unfamiliar environments quickly and apply experience from multiple builds.

Benefits & conditions

  • Build Background: The preferred candidates have completed full implementations or full builds, rather than joining projects midway. Christian Hernandez said multiple completed builds are preferable, especially in larger organizations, because the consultants will begin by assessing the environment and then move quickly into construction.
  • Timeline: The project kickoff occurred the previous week, and the required completion date is February 1, 2027. Christian Hernandez stated that the team is already behind schedule and wants the positions filled as quickly as possible.
  • Candidate Selection And Submission Process: Laura, Chelsea, and Christian Hernandez established the compensation, interview, submission, and scheduling expectations for evaluating candidates quickly.

  • Compensation: Christian Hernandez identified approximately $135 per hour as the standard target rate.
  • Interview Panel: Christian Hernandez said interviews will be conducted by Christian, their supervisor Maya, and the project architect. The architect has consultant experience and will help assess whether candidates can perform the required work.
  • Interview Format: The team expects a single interview lasting approximately 30 minutes, which Christian Hernandez said should be sufficient for making a decision.
  • Interview Scheduling: Christian Hernandez said scheduling is flexible because the team is coordinating around other priorities. The only stated restriction was to avoid tomorrow morning; Wednesday afternoon through Friday was identified as a practical availability window.
