Manhattan WMOS Application Support Specialist

A client of Insight Global is seeking a technically focused Manhattan WMOS Application Support Specialist to support its on-premise Manhattan WMOS environment. This position will focus primarily on the backend and technical support side of Manhattan, rather than functional configuration or warehouse operations., The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Manhattan WMOS 2016/2017, including application installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, updates, log analysis, and Linux-based application support. This person should be comfortable diagnosing issues at the application and infrastructure level and determining root causes when problems arise.

• Hands-on experience supporting Manhattan WMOS/WMS in a production environment.
• Experience specifically with on-premise Manhattan WMOS, ideally 2016 and/or 2017.
• Strong understanding of the backend architecture and technical components of Manhattan WMOS.
• Experience installing Manhattan applications and supporting application upgrades/updates.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot application failures.
• Hands-on experience working within Linux environments.
• Experience supporting or troubleshooting SCI.
• Experience with application and production support in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
