Sr. IT Project Manager - Banking

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise digital banking projects across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead information technology projects, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance throughout the process.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage project budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Escalate issues promptly and effectively to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall or hybrid practices to manage tasks, sprints, and team deliverables.

Required: Large Banking/Financial Services, 7+ years IT PM experience

Ideal: Digital Banking Project Experience, * 7+ years of experience leading end to end enterprise technology projects (both apps and infra preferred)

• Experience in financial services or large banking environments is required.
• Experience leading digital banking initiatives is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with respect and drive teams into action.
• Agile & Waterfall Project Management background.
• Strong proficiency in Jira.
• PMP is preferred
