Thesis (Master): Automation of LCA Data - Green Digital Twin Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / Full-Time Ready to shape the future of sustainable product development? Join us as a Master Thesis Student (f/m/d) for Automation of LCA Data - Green Digital Twin at Erlangen, Munich or Berlin, and turn your passion for data analysis and machine learning into real impact alongside an international team. You’ll make an impact by You analyze existing LCA and calculation data to identify patterns and optimization potentials for automating sustainability assessments Building on this, you develop innovative machine learning and validation approaches to ensure the consistency, plausibility, and quality of LCA/EPD results automatically In close collaboration with experienced LCA experts, developers, and product owners, you gradually integrate your automation solutions into our cloud-based software Additionally, you apply your academic knowledge and gain valuable practical experience within an international, agile team Finally, you actively contribute to the further development of our industrial software solution, shaping the sustainable product development of tomorrow This is how you’ll win us over Education: You are currently successfully pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable sustainability-related field Experience and Skills: You have good knowledge of Python or another programming language, as well as data analysis You possess a basic understanding of software development methods and processes You are interested in and ideally have initial experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and sustainability topics Ways of Working: You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and impress with strong communication skills and teamwork abilities Languages: Good English language skills, written and spoken You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
