Web & Digital Interface Designer

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Web & Digital Interface Designer to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

Conduct research and evaluations to understand user needs, assess current experiences, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop design concepts, workflows, prototypes, and other artifacts to communicate proposed solutions and improve usability.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, evaluate feasibility, and refine recommendations.

Synthesize research findings into prioritized recommendations, implementation plans, and presentations for business and technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Experience leading UX/UI design, human-centered design, user research, usability evaluation, or related design engagements. Experience independently managing deliverables, synthesizing complex information, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

User Research, Usability Testing, Interaction Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Journey Mapping, Heuristic Evaluation, Design Thinking, Requirements Analysis, Presentation Development

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience evaluating enterprise talent marketplace applications, including user workflows, stakeholder needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the professional and HR user experience.

Experience designing AI-enabled, intelligent, and conversational experiences, translating user research into practical future-state experience recommendations.

Experience engaging HR leadership, professionals, product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, validate concepts, and align design recommendations.

Experience developing user personas, journey maps, prioritized improvement opportunities, business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations for enterprise application enhancements.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., Experience conducting end-to-end design engagements and translating research findings into actionable recommendations.

Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
