Job description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team., * The CLM IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide end-to-end technical and functional leadership for the implementation, deployment, and transition of a global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform into production.
Working closely with the IT System Owner, IT Project Manager, and external system integration partners, the SME will lead critical technical workstreams, including contract data migration, enterprise system integrations, testing, data validation, and deployment.
Serve as the primary IT technical authority, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory compliance expectations.
Lead the migration of procurement contracts and associated metadata from legacy repositories to the target CLM platform.
Assess legacy datasets, document repositories, and metadata structures to identify data quality issues, cleansing requirements, and migration readiness.
Collaborate with business process owners and vendor technical teams to define data mappings, cleansing rules, filtering criteria, and automated validation logic.
Manage migration dry runs, cutover validation, defect resolution, and data reconciliation to ensure data integrity, completeness, and auditability.
Support the design and implementation of archival repositories for historical or non-migrated contracts, ensuring compliance with enterprise retention policies.
Develop and maintain migration runbooks, reconciliation reports, data quality dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.
Oversee the technical design, specifications, configuration, and delivery of integrations between the CLM platform and enterprise systems, including SAP, Salesforce, ORO, Power BI, and downstream data warehouses.
Lead technical design workshops involving enterprise integration teams, software vendors, and functional stakeholders.
Review interface specifications, API contracts, middleware mappings, and integration architecture to ensure end-to-end stability and readiness for go-live.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration bottlenecks, interface defects, data serialization errors, and cross-platform synchronization issues.
Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, configuration, development, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
Review and validate implementation partner deliverables, including technical designs, configurations, code quality, and deployment scripts, ensuring compliance with architectural and quality standards.
Identify technical risks, architectural constraints, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with project leadership.
Ensure the quality, scalability, maintainability, and reliability of the overall CLM solution.
Lead technical validation activities across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing.
Prepare, review, and execute Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables in alignment with applicable GxP and enterprise compliance requirements.
Ensure bidirectional traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, technical designs, test scripts, and supporting evidence.
Oversee testing of automated contract metadata extraction, optical character recognition (OCR), and document ingestion accuracy.
Coordinate defect triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure compliance and production readiness.
Coordinate day-to-day technical delivery across internal IT teams, infrastructure engineers, integration services, functional teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate technical working sessions, track action items, document architectural decisions, and monitor delivery milestones.
Provide clear, data-driven status updates, risk assessments, issue logs, and technical decision records to the IT System Owner and Project Manager.
Escalate critical risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers and drive timely resolution.
Review and approve operational handover documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), support runbooks, and interface troubleshooting guides.
Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams and the Center of Excellence (CoE).
Provide technical support, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution during cutover and post-go-live hypercare.
Recommend architectural improvements, platform enhancements, and roadmaps for future releases and continuous optimization.
Significant experience delivering IT projects in regulated industries, such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Financial Services.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise application implementations, digital transformation, and complex technology rollouts., * Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management architecture, procurement workflows, and end-to-end contracting processes.
Proven experience leading large-scale data migration initiatives involving substantial volumes of contracts and documents from legacy repositories to modern SaaS platforms.
Hands-on experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce with CLM solutions, Power BI, APIs, and integration middleware/iPaaS platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV), GAMP 5, and GxP compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage and challenge global system integrators and software vendors while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Direct implementation or hands-on experience with Sirion (SirionLabs) or other enterprise CLM platforms, such as Icertis, DocuSign CLM, or Agiloft.
Familiarity with intake orchestration platforms such as ORO.
Experience with automated contract metadata extraction, AI/ML-based document ingestion, and OCR technologies.
Experience with enterprise-scale contract repository migrations, complex integration landscapes, and global CLM deployments.
Experience supporting production cutovers, hypercare, operational transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
