Head of Digital Operations

• Lead operations across digital services, telecoms, and customer support
• Simplify processes and improve handovers, service quality, and efficiency
• Build the teams, accountability, and operational structure needed to support growth
• Work with the CEO and CTO to bring service delivery and customer support together
• Improve workflows, develop team leaders, introduce better performance measures, and support technology projects

As Head of Operations / Operations Director, you will join our senior leadership team and have the opportunity to influence decisions across a broad mix of services, with a visible impact as our business grows. The package is circa £65,000 plus benefits, including a discretionary performance bonus, 25 days holiday, and healthcare.
