IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee key technical initiatives, streamline delivery workflows, and guide projects across all phases of the system development lifecycle. This role requires a hands-on leader skilled in project governance, stakeholder communication, schedule management, and solution rollout-including user training, testing oversight, and documentation., * Direct and manage enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Facilitate program, portfolio, or agile delivery ceremonies and workflows across cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Develop, baseline, and maintain complex, integrated project schedules utilizing enterprise PPM tools.
• Coordinate software testing cycles (UAT/QA), defect triage, and deployment readiness reviews.
• Lead end-user readiness efforts, including user guide authoring, training curriculum development, and change management support.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, providing transparent executive-level status reporting.

• 7+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience managing complex enterprise technology implementations.
• 3+ years of direct experience in program, portfolio, or agile project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience coordinating software testing, creating comprehensive user documentation/guides, and facilitating end-user training.
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling and tracking using Microsoft Project or comparable enterprise PPM platforms.
• Active industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
• Direct experience utilizing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Prior experience delivering IT initiatives within public sector or large enterprise environments., * IT Project Management Experience (Required 7 Years)
• Program, portfolio, or agile project management experience (Required 3 Years)
• Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development (Required 3 Years)
• High proficiency in project scheduling in Microsoft Project or another enterprise class PPM tool. (Required 3 Years)
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, SAFe certification (Highly Desired 1 Years)
• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience (Highly Desired 1 Years)
