A law firm seeks a patent agent to join its Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution practice group in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution., * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

• Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry.
• Admission to the USPTO is required.

Education

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics.

Certifications

• Admission to the USPTO.
