Junior Workday Integration Specialist

Primary Skills: HRIS, Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/ADP, SQL, Data Analytics, System Integrations, APIs, HR Technology, We are seeking a Sr. Product Engineer (HRIS) to join the HR Technology team and drive efficiency, automation, and innovation across HR systems. This role will focus on enhancing HRIS platforms, improving employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and supporting global HR technology initiatives across Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning Management., * Drive product roadmap and feature implementations across HRIS platforms, including Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting/ATS, and LMS.

• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance the existing HR Technology stack.
• Design scalable and secure system integrations using APIs, data connectors, and architectural best practices.
• Continuously improve HR platforms for efficiency, scalability, data quality, and user experience.
• Design scalable solutions across global geographies with a focus on simple UX, personas, and user adoption.
• Serve as an SME across HR modules including HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Learning.

• 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, HR technology, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Excel, or Power BI.
• Strong SQL and query skills with experience troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Experience with data connectors, orchestration, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, privacy, and data management.
• Experience implementing and optimizing HR technology solutions including HRIS, LMS, ATS, and Performance Management systems.
