Digital Product Owner

• Gather, define, and document business and product requirements for digital initiatives.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, content, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions that meet customer and organizational needs.
• Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and other ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, user journeys, and user flows to support strategic product goals.
• Help manage and enhance existing digital platforms while supporting ongoing optimization and modernization efforts.
• Prioritize competing business needs and adapt quickly as new initiatives and opportunities emerge.
• Ensure product features and enhancements are aligned with customer experience objectives and business outcomes.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams in sprint-based environments.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, user flows, and customer journey documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills., * Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, websites, or online platforms.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with digital content management, website enhancements, or internationalization initiatives.
