Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join a manufacturing organization on a contract assignment. This role will focus on expanding and connecting Microsoft Power Platform solutions within a Dynamics 365 cloud environment while partnering closely with project and functional team members. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on development experience across Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, along with the ability to deliver reliable technical solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Extend and refine existing Power Apps solutions to align with business needs and connect them effectively with Dynamics 365 Cloud.

• Design, build, and maintain Dataverse structures and backend components that support scalable application performance.

• Create automated processes and cross-platform integrations using Power Automate to improve data flow and operational efficiency.

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom plugins to address specialized system requirements.

• Work closely with the project manager and functional analyst to translate requirements into practical technical deliverables.

• Support ongoing development activities by identifying issues, resolving defects, and maintaining solution stability.

• Contribute to technical implementation efforts that strengthen the organization’s broader Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Requirements * 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing within Dynamics 365 Cloud environments.

• 3-5 years of practical experience building applications with Power Apps.

• Demonstrated expertise in Dataverse data modeling and backend solution development.

• Proven ability to design Power Automate flows and implement system integrations.

• Experience creating and supporting custom plugins for Microsoft-based business applications.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP platforms such as Finance & Operations or Business Central is preferred. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
