AI Engineer

We’re looking for a talented AI Engineer who is passionate about building real-world AI solutions that drive impact. In this role, you’ll design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML systems, work with modern generative AI models, and help shape intelligent workflows that power business outcomes.

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Solid experience building and operating solutions on Azure, including relevant AI services.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple models and platforms, rather than being tied to a single stack.
• Practical experience with generative AI, especially image generation models.
• Experience designing agent-based systems and orchestrating workflows using frameworks like LangGraph or similar., * Exposure to marketing workflow tools (e.g., Sprinklr) for campaign or approval management.
• Familiarity with creative ecosystems such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Firefly features.
• Understanding of how AI integrates into creative and marketing workflows., * You’re hands-on, curious, and excited about experimenting with new AI technologies.
• You focus on end-to-end solutions, not just data pipelines or isolated components.
• You enjoy solving practical problems and building systems that users actually interact with.
• You’re adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems.
• Develop and operate AI-powered applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging its AI and cloud services.
• Work with a variety of foundation and hosted models-evaluating and selecting the right model for different use cases.
• Build and integrate image generation capabilities, including domain-specific or specialized models.
• Architect and develop autonomous AI agents and orchestrate them into end-to-end workflows using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, agent-to-agent patterns).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven features into production systems.
• Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and approaches in the evolving AI ecosystem.
