AI/ML Developer

In this role, you will develop and deploy machine learning models, create scalable data pipelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered products from concept through production. • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines.

AI-Powered Product Development

• Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists to integrate machine learning solutions into customer-facing products.

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Work with large-scale datasets sourced from transactional systems, IoT sensors, and third-party providers.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using technologies such as BigQuery, Airflow, Spark, and dbt.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and transformation activities.

Model Development & Optimization

• Develop and train machine learning and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and Scikit-learn.
• Conduct model evaluation, experimentation, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.
• Continuously optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

MLOps & Deployment

• Deploy machine learning solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and reliability in production environments.
• Build robust MLOps frameworks that support model versioning, reproducibility, and automated retraining.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
