This role is approximately 50% project work and 50% operational support, including escalated support tickets and infrastructure, * Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange

• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Assist with Azure cloud migration initiatives and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Manage endpoint technologies including Intune and security platforms
• Support LAN/WAN networking, VLANs, routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure and application issues
• Support Ubiquiti/UniFi network infrastructure
• Assist with Zscaler administration and security initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in infrastructure modernization and scalability projects
• Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues

• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
• Networking Fundamentals, * 5+ years of Systems Administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to independently research and resolve unfamiliar technical issues
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments preferred
• Experience with Tanium is highly desired
• Experience with VMware, Intune, and Zscaler is a plus, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
