Patent Agent or Associate in Electrical Engineering amp Computer Science

• Draft and file high-quality patent applications.
• Oversee patent preparation and prosecution processes.

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics.
• Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators is preferred.

Education

Certifications

• Admission to the USPTO is required.
