DA Custom Analytics Senior

We’re looking for an incumbent who will be responsible for the review of deliverables and ensuring that quality and productivity targets are met., * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business needs.

• Develop interactive and intuitive data visualizations using mainly Power BI.
• Create data-driven dashboards, reports, and charts to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Optimize and streamline data visualization processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in the visualizations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in data visualization and implement best practices.

Technical Skills With Hands On Experience

• Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in one or more of the following tools:

• Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView, or other similar data visualization platforms.

Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and present insights in a clear and visually compelling manner.Dashboard Design: Experience in designing interactive and user-friendly dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.Data Storytelling: Ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights and tell a compelling story through visualizationData Integration and Manipulation: Candidate with experience in data extraction, transformation, cleaning, techniques to prepare data for visualization from various sources and Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation will be preferredCustom Visualization: Skill in creating custom visualizations and leveraging advanced charting libraries to meet specific business needs.Data Exploration: Capable of exploring data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that lead to valuable insights.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and understand their data visualization requirements.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with data analysts, business users, and other team members to understand data needs and deliver effective visualizations.Excellent MS Excel (or any other data management tools/ technologies such as VBA)

Candidates with the relevant certifications in the domain of Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or QlikView/QlikSence) and Data Integration will be preferred.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• B.E / B. Tech. / M. Tech. / MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology with a techno functional background or accounting graduates / postgraduates having worked in business analytics domain.
• Self-driven and highly motivated individual with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives from multiple regions or clients
• *A strong track record of successful delivery and benefits realization
