DA Custom Analytics Senior

We’re looking for an incumbent who will be responsible for the review of deliverables and ensuring that quality and productivity targets are met., * Analyse large volume of data and define clear strategy in assurance analytical work

• *Demonstrate knowledge of different aspects of auditing and correlate raw data to audit-related analytics
• *Work closely with the global Assurance team and support in conceptualizing ideas, strategy and framework
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases or data systems
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
• Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Technical Skills With Hands On Experience

Must-Have Skills:

• PowerApps: Proficiency in building custom business applications using PowerApps, including designing user interfaces and integrating with data sources.
• Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow): Experience in creating automated workflows to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• SharePoint Development: Strong knowledge of SharePoint development, including creating and customizing lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts.
• Data Integration: Ability to integrate data from various sources into PowerApps and SharePoint solutions for seamless data access and manipulation.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of user-centric design principles to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces in PowerApps and SharePoint.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Power BI: Knowledge of data visualization using Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision-making.
• SharePoint Online: Familiarity with SharePoint Online and its features for cloud-based collaboration and document management.
• Data Visualization: Ability to visualize data effectively using various tools, including Power BI, to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• SharePoint Administration: Experience in configuring and managing SharePoint sites, permissions, and security settings.
• Power Platform Integration: Knowledge of integrating PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create comprehensive business solutions.

Candidates with one or more below certifications will be preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate - This certification validates skills in building custom business applications with PowerApps and automating workflows with Power Automate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate - This certification demonstrates expertise in implementing Power Platform solutions and configuring PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer - This certification confirms skills in SharePoint development, including customizing SharePoint sites and building workflows.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Associate - This certification validates knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate - This certification covers various Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• B.E / B. Tech. / M. Tech. / MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology with a techno functional background or accounting graduates / postgraduates having worked in business analytics domain.
• Self-driven and highly motivated individual with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives from multiple regions or clients
• *A strong track record of successful delivery and benefits realization
