SAP ITGC Control performer - Global ERP

In this role you will be responsible for timely execution of controls and support relevant IS roles and IS organizations to comply with internal and external regulations in an adequate, accurate, effective, and efficient way., * Preparing and monitoring risk-based audit plan for internal audit as per organization standards. Reviewing and monitoring processes, internal controls, risk, and performances

• Identify and reporting the issues observed during the control Performance to the management. Streamlining the audit process, addition of new audit areas and establishing new approaches for audit.
• Reviewing the systems for IT general controls, risk and compliance with policies and regulations of organization. Collect evidence of current system processes. Using the evidence, complete IT Control documentation ready for review to ensure the controls effectiveness and efficiency.
• Providing quality assurance services for control design/ implementation/ documentation and execution. Providing requirements regarding foundational needs for compliance assurance to services/processes/projects/initiatives and securing effectiveness for one time control
• Translation of risk and control management principles into requirements for IS compliance assurance. Supporting services to line organizations how to set up effective ITGC controls
• Provide remediation of deficiencies, securing timely execution and sustainable solutioning. Commit to act within given governance set up, respecting overall ABB IS operating model principles according to agreed RACI specification
• Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job. Build awareness and competence as applicable within the IS organization, Your background

• Degree in Engineering with more than 4 - 6 years of Hands-on implementation experience in IT and SAP operations, compliance, risk management, IT audit and/or IT control. Experience in IT Control documentations and reviews
• Experience in collecting and combining audit requests, reviews. Knowledge in IT audits (Internal & external, Onsite & Remote)
• Experience in SAP IT Controls audit, SAP security baseline & best practices in SAP Security, GRC & SOLMAN related areas across multiple SAP systems/ stack/ environments (ABAP, JAVA, ECC, BW, S4 HANA, BTP, SAC)
• Experience in SAP Security & GRC implementation projects and/or support. Good knowledge of industry framework, standards, and practices (ITIL, ISO)
• Good knowledge on requirements of ICOFR/SOX ITGC, GDPR, in context of SAP applications. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies
• IS/IT process knowledge. Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders. Team player with the ability to evaluate priorities
• Fluent spoken and written English. Assessor skills monitoring and auditing. Data management skills / Documentation skills
