Technical Lead, Dynamics NAV & Business Central

• Own the technical relationship with our largest customer and embed yourself within their organisation
• Act as the customers technical subject matter expert, guiding strategy and decisions across their NAV and Business Central estate
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions
• Explain complex technical concepts in clear business language and translate business needs for technical teams
• Build long-term trust and credibility at every level of the customers business
• Lead and collaborate with developers and consultants to design and deliver effective solutions
• Work alongside our business owner to shape the direction of the account

• Strong technical background in Navision / Dynamics NAV and Business Central
• Deep understanding of system architecture and how complex, customised solutions fit together
• Experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, or similar senior technical role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence advising at senior level
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative leadership style and experience guiding delivery teams
