Projektabwicklung und Durchführung von ERP-Beratungsprojekten Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen Ausarbeitung von individuellen CRM-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Kunden Konzeption von Erweiterungen und Anpassungen der Standardsoftware Einführung und Implementierung der Softwarelösungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder informationstechnische Ausbildung Erste Beratungserfahrung im CRM-Umfeld Hohe IT-Affinität sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Geschick Kommunikationsstärke, kundenorientierte Denkweise und Flexibilität
