Job description

Übernahme des Projektcontrollings sowie die Betreuung von Bestandskunden Ausbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, inklusive Verwaltung von Kundendaten über CRM Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Angeboten des Weiteren die Übernahme von Dokumentationen und Reports Analyse von ERP-Daten sowie Optimierung von Prozessabläufen und Fraud-Indikatoren

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im IT-Bereich für Systemintegration oder betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium Berufserfahrungen in der Datenanalyse und SAP wünschenswert IT-Affinität und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden im B2B-Bereich Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
