Job description

  • Beratung interner und externer Kunden zu IT-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen
  • Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Installation von Hard- und Software
  • Betreuung von IT-Projekten, Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, Schulung von Mitarbeitern zur Nutzung neuer Systeme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen IT-Dienstleistern zur Optimierung von IT-Lösungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Einkauf, IT-Consulting oder Vertrieb von IT-Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, ERP-Systemen und IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
