Job description

Eigenständige Bearbeitung des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports Aufbau und Betreuung verschiedener Storage-Systeme Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs, inkl. Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation sowie Erarbeitung von Notfallkonzepten Konzeption und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium Erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows Servern Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft-Server und in der VMware-Administration Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerksicherheit, Zugriffschutz und Firewalls von Vorteil Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
