Administration und Konfiguration von Windows-Servern Annahme und Qualifizierung von Störungsmeldungen Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern Beschaffung von IT-Bedarf Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten Ansprechpartner/in bei allen technischen Fragestellungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Informationstechnische Ausbildung oder Studium Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Service Erfahrung mit Servervirtualisierungen (VMware, KVM) und Microsoft-Technologien Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denken Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Problemlösefähigkeit Hohe Kundenorientierung, Serviceorientiertheit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
