Agile Product Owner

• Build the product’s roadmap and big picture, translating it into actionable deliverables for the development team.
• Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications in line with agile methodology.
• Define iteration planning and priorities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Continuously prioritize business needs and monitor the Product Backlog.
• Align stakeholders on the vision and scope of the product.

Project Follow-up & Support

• Initiate and maintain a priority management approach, ensuring product consistency and quality.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.).
• Act as the decision-maker or arbitration authority for delivered functionalities.
• Conduct live adjustments and follow-ups of the Sprint Backlog., * Dedicated Manager

• Dutch or French: Fluency in at least one local language alongside English is mandatory., * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field., * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
