You’ll oversee governance processes that support effective oversight of the control environment, respond to requests for analysis and build strong relationships across the business and Risk. You’ll also develop the team, setting high standards for accuracy, insight and delivery.

There’s an opportunity to improve how reporting is delivered too, making greater use of data, analytics, automation and AI to improve quality, efficiency and control.

Why Lloyds Banking Group

  • Managing Key Relationships: experience engaging with senior leaders, building effective relationships and providing constructive challenge to support decisions.
  • Data Literacy: strong data and analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex information to identify meaningful insight and support decision-making.
  • Prioritisation & Delegation: people leadership experience, setting clear standards and developing capability within a team.
  • AI Literacy: experience improving ways of working and an understanding of how AI and technology can support more efficient and controlled processes.

Requirements

Control Office F profile, including proficient requirements across Risk Management, Communication, Data Literacy, Managing Key Relationships and Prioritisation & Delegation, with AI Literacy at competent proficiency.
