DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support frequent, reliable software releases
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP using infrastructure as code
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in production
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system observability and reliability
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response and root cause analysis
• Automate manual operational tasks to reduce toil and improve deployment velocity
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve application deployability and performance
• Enforce infrastructure security best practices, including access controls and secrets management
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices to improve platform reliability and scalability
• Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational procedures for the engineering team

DevOps, DevOps, Automation, Software Engineering, Systems Reliability, Cloud Computing, Software as a Service (SaaS), Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment/Delivery, Amazon Web Services (AWS), * 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Scripting or programming ability in Python, Bash, or Go for automation
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost optimization principles
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead incident response under pressure
