• Process Automation: Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
• Data & AI Integration Data Cloud Integration: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
• API Management: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
• Leadership & Mentorship Code Review: Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
