Kubernetes DevOps Engineer

• Cloud infrastructure experience with major providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, security, and resource management. \n

• System administration skills for Linux environments, including performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. \n

• Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and best practices for logging, metrics, and alerting. \n

• Understanding of security and compliance practices, including container security, access control, and secure configuration management. \n

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document infrastructure and processes. \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n

• Experience supporting research, bioinformatics, or healthcare IT environments is beneficial. \n

• Strong Kubernetes and containerization skills, including experience with Docker and cluster orchestration. \n

• DevOps and automation skills, such as CI/CD pipeline configuration, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
