ServiceNow Solution Engineer

Immediate need for a talented ServiceNow Solution Engineer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested., * Lead solution architecture and technical design for technology donation implementations.

• Conduct Human Centered Design workshops and provide guidance on innovative possibilities.
• Define platform, integration, and application architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Translate business and mission needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance on configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.
• Evaluate integration approaches and recommend architecture patterns for scalability.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Support implementation teams through design reviews, technical guidance, and solution validation.

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Client Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Client Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Client CIS-ITSM certification.
• Two additional Client CIS certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud technologies.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

Pay Range: $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
