• Develop, enhance, and maintain Generation Management System (GMS) applications.
• Partner directly with utility customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Integrate GMS applications with EMS, SCADA, and other operational technologies.
• Lead software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to drive innovation.
• Contribute to solution design, project execution, and proposal development.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.
• Experience developing software using C, C++, C#, and/or FORTRAN.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with complex technical systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of utility operations and industry technologies such as EMS, SCADA, GMS, ADMS, DMS, AGC, Economic Dispatch, State Estimation, AI/ML, or optimization tools is preferred.
