Senior SAP Technical Project Manager - Remote / Telecommute

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration projects from initiation through Hypercare.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
• Drive SAP Activate methodology adherence across all project phases.
• Coordinate multi-vendor and multi-country delivery teams.
• Establish project controls, reporting structures, and executive steering committees.
• Lead technical assessment and conversion readiness activities.
• Oversee system conversion strategy, architecture reviews, and migration planning.
• Manage technical workstreams including SAP Basis, Data Migration, Custom Code Remediation, ATC Remediation, SAP Fiori Enablement, Integration and Interfaces, and Security & Authorizations.
• Ensure alignment with Clean Core principles and SAP best practices.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop and manage cutover strategy and execution plans.
• Lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Coordinate deployment activities across technical and functional teams.
• Ensure business continuity through rollback and contingency planning.
• Manage Hypercare and post-production stabilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for organizational leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Present status updates, risks, and migration readiness reports.
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution forums.
• Manage expectations across business, IT, and executive sponsors.
• Lead global onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams.
• Coordinate SAP architects, Basis consultants, developers, integration leads, and functional stream leads.
• Mentor project managers, technical leads, and consultants.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance delivery culture.
• Ensure successful delivery against scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead complex SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration programs. The candidate will possess a strong technical SAP background combined with proven project leadership capabilities to manage ECC to S/4HANA conversion initiatives. The role requires expertise in technical migration planning, custom code remediation, system conversion, integration management, cutover execution, and stakeholder governance. The candidate will lead cross-functional global teams and ensure successful delivery of SAP transformation programs while maintaining project scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives., * 12+ years of overall SAP experience.

• 7+ years of SAP Project or Program Management experience.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration projects.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Proven success managing global delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Conversion, Brownfield Migration Methodology, and System Landscape Transformation (SLT).
• Experience with CFIN integration to other SAP and non-SAP systems, SUM/DMO Migration Approach, and SAP Business Partner Conversion.
• Knowledge of Custom Code Adaptation, ATC Assessments, SAP Fiori Deployment, SAP Basis Administration, and Data Migration Strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP Integration Architecture, RICEFW Objects, and SAP Cloud ALM / SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong project management skills in Program Governance, Budget & Financial Management, Risk & Issue Management, and Vendor & Contract Management.
• Proven capability in Executive Reporting, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Resource Planning & Forecasting.
