By month 4:

• Establish architecture standards
• Own CI/CD deployment strategy
• Become primary Power Platform SME

Microsoft Product Family, Software Development, Microsoft Product Family, Software Development, Automation, Software Engineering, Power Engineering, Problem Solving Skills, Acceptance Testing, Continuous Deployment/Delivery, * 5+ years Power Apps (canvas + model-driven)

• Power Automate + Dataverse hands-on
• JavaScript, C#, Power Fx + REST APIs
• Azure integration exposure
