Salesforce Architect

• Design and implement Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Lead cross-functional technical programs and manage interrelated projects to achieve business and engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, product management, and architecture teams to design and launch new capabilities.
• Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, metrics, KPIs, and delivery processes.
• Manage program risks, identify bottlenecks, resolve technical challenges, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate launch planning and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams and workflows.
• Manage stakeholder communication, issue escalation, prioritization, and intake requests.
• Influence technical strategy and balance business priorities with technical constraints.
