IT Deployment Technician

• Perform P1 & P2 Network testing for MPLS Circuit Migration.
• Site technician connects the DIA circuit to the test router and provides console access details to the remote engineering team.
• Remote engineering team performs P1 testing of the DIA circuit using the test router.

P2 Change:

• If P1 testing is successful, the site technician will move the DIA circuit from the test router to the production router.

Note: If testing proceeds without issues, both the P1 and P2 activities may be completed on the same day.

• Multiple years of hands-on IT deployment or managed IT services experience
• Strong computer hardware and technical troubleshooting skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and end users
