Workday Integration Architect

• Strong experience with Workday integrations and integration architecture. \n

• Hands-on technical expertise with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services/APIs. \n

• Experience troubleshooting complex integrations, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions independently. \n

• Ability to establish architecture standards, guide technical decisions, and manage vendor-delivered solutions. \n

• A forward-thinking approach to integration design, automation, and emerging tools. \n

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and executive stakeholders. \n

• Own the Workday integration architecture, technical roadmap, standards, and governance. \n

• Lead integration strategy and ongoing enhancements across the broader HR technology ecosystem. \n

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, build, and improve complex Workday integrations-not simply manage vendors or delegate technical issues. \n

• Evaluate integration quality and address gaps in externally developed solutions. \n

• Partner with internal teams, technical resources, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations. \n

• Explore evolving Workday tools and approaches, including Orchestrator, to modernize integration development. \n

• Provide technical leadership and confidently guide architectural decisions with senior stakeholders. \n
