Requirements

8+ years of experience with Automation and API testing 8+ years of experience on an Agile development team, preferable Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Expertise in using Selenium for web applications and automating regression test cases (Selenium WebDriver). Strong experience developing test scripts to implement Features, Test Scenarios and Step-Definition for BDD (Behavior Driven Development) using Cucumber (Gherkins format) using customized test automation framework Experience developing Selenium automation framework using Junit/TestNG frameworks and developing Maven targets to execute automation suites. Experience with API Testing using tools like REST Assured or Postman Experience with JAVA, JavaScript-based technologies NOTE: The biggest takeaway is that client is heavily evaluating practical coding ability not just resume experience.Candidates should be able to confidently:

Write core Java code from scratch
Explain object-oriented programming concepts
Build Cucumber features, scenarios, and step definitions
Work with TestNG/JUnit
Troubleshoot Selenium automation
Complete hands-on coding exercises without relying on AI
