Telefonischer 1st Level Support Annahme, Behebung und Dokumentierung von Störungen Telefonische Anwendungsbetreuung bezüglich Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Entstörung von Telekommunikationsanlagen Kundeneinweisung von Endgeräten und TK-Systemen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum IT-Systemtechniker oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich TK-Systeme Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität Eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
